Find a use case

Using the Sqwish documentation I shared, inspect this project and propose one
place where a binary, choice, or score question would help. Show the request
shape and how the application would use the answer.

Build an integration

Add a server-side D1 integration following the Sqwish documentation I shared.
Read D1_API_URL and D1_API_KEY from environment variables. Preserve question
IDs, and reuse the same Idempotency-Key and request body after a timeout.
Include handling for request_in_progress and terminal failures.
